WordPress.com Adds Blogs

WordPress.com has added a new feature that allows users to have unlimited blogs under a single login. This feature was not included in my recent comparison of WordPress.com vs. Blogger.
This feature certainly makes WordPress a bit more attractive to businesses who want to get more than one blog going and don’t want to deal with multiple accounts. The one thing missing from Wordpress.com that would truly make it a powerhouse blogging solution for business is full template access so blog owners can customize colors and add logos.
Of course, with the rate of new features on WordPress.com it’s very possible that something like that is not too far off.

I appreciate your comparison of Blogger and WP. I’m currently with Blogger, but am considering switching to WP because I need categories. Only problem is I have 200 entries that I don’t want to lose. Do you know if I can move my entries from blogger to wp?

You can move your entries from Blogger to WP. WordPress has an import feature in the admin panel that allows you to import posts from a number of sources including Blogger.
